YuGrow reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. YuGrow at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
3. For any reason outside the control of the YuGrow including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the subscription order. The request has to be made at cancellations@yugrow.org with your email ID used during registration.

Please attach the payment receipt with your cancellation request.

If you DO NOT participate in the Program after having paid all or any portion of the Program Cost, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, no deposits or money paid toward the Program Cost shall be refunded. I understand no portion of any funds that I have paid, either directly or with financial assistance, to participate in the Program will be refunded at any time or for any reason.

An amount up to the net (the amount the YuGrow received after payment processing fee) will be returned to the payer. The payment processing fee varies by the option you choose to make your payment.

Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Buyer’s choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below;
